I work with leaders and brands who are values-aligned and committed to the following:

  • We believe human beings are both brilliant and incredibly flawed and for this reason we commit to learning about how our environment and experiences affect us so we can identify where we have connected with fear and contorted ourselves through behaviors and beliefs so we can intentionally realign with love. This includes exploring the influences of growing up and living in a racist, capitalistic, patriarchal society and continually shifting to do better.

  • We believe that co-creating containers for hard conversations grounded in love is one of the greatest acts of love available to humans. We commit to having conscious conversations to create safety, encourage honesty, and build courage and vulnerability for ourselves and others.

  • While “being nice” isn’t always necessary, being kind is a commitment to limiting the amount of fear/hate-based rhetoric that flows through us and hurts others. Anger and rage are important to express and connect with and we do our best to express it in a way that demonstrates that it’s safe to feel and it can be safe to witness as well.

  • Taking care can look different ways. We commit to checking in with ourselves to see what we need from moment to moment and providing, communicating, or receiving with as much gentleness as possible.

  • We commit to connecting with ourselves by checking in, listening to our bodies, and exploring the origin of our thoughts and feelings, before figuring out the next steps as much as possible. When others look to us for support (knowingly or unknowingly) we do our best to extend this kindness to them too, supporting them in receiving what they need to reconnect with themselves and their truth.

  • We believe that your true expression matters (both for our well-being and the well-being of others who will be inspired by it) and the more of your unique, joyful, love-based vibe is in the world, the better. We are committed to tapping into what that feels like for ourselves and finding accessible ways to do so.

  • We believe that functional leadership is based in trust and dysfunctional leadership is based in control. We are committed to leading ourselves, our teams, and our clients, and lives in the way we desire to be led while respecting everyone's autonomy.

  • We listen and engage with those closest to us as well as seek out voices in different industries, locations, and areas of expertise to explore different ideas, ways of thinking, connections, and disconnections in an effort to restore more peace through understanding.

  • When we see something “wrong” happening, when possible, we first check in with our biases, feelings, and beliefs to make sure we’re responding instead of reacting. Then, we attempt to connect with the person to create a safe container for correction to request and facilitate change without causing harm to the person.

  • I’m just saying… nature is smarter than me.

  • We trust in our ability to make decisions and continue to build self trust to see further than what our eyes may show us.

    When you’re a human with a history living in a capitalistic, patriarchal world with other humans who also have histories, things can get... tricky.

    I’m here to help with the human stuff, the being stuff, the CEO stuff, and all the dirt and magic in between.

    My coaching/consulting relationships typically start with a single focus, like sales, and then (consensually) expands to marketing, expression, safety, leadership and spirituality.

    You’re a human being and a CEO - me too. I think it makes sense to talk about all of it.

    I help my clients get clear on what they’re trying to say, how to say it (and other things that need to be said before-hand) so that they can close more sales with ease.

    Typically my clients are utilizing social media and an organic strategy with paid ads here and there.

    I offer intensives and ongoing packages around content strategy and creation as wells as social sales flows you or your team (or in limited cases, my team) can close in the DMs or on a call.
