Hi, I’m Erin. 👋

I’m the business bestie that hears your idea, helps you clarify your vision, spits out a sales script, writes the copy, builds the site, and hands you a ready to go marketing plan … in 2 hours.

I know it’s sounds wild, but, it’s true.

Maybe it’s the neurospicy-ness, maybe it’s my #zoneofgenius, maybe it’s because I played “business” growing up and produced 2-hr long performances all my aunts and uncles had to sit through (sorry/you’re welcome, fam!), maybe capitalism tricked me into loving business and marketing and sales, and/or maybe I’m just one of those really lucky people who actually loves what they do.

Honestly, I’m not sure, and more honestly, I don’t think it really matters in this moment.

What we both care about is making the world a better place, doing what we love, and spending time with the people we care about, right?

So, let’s do that.

    But, you don’t actually want to hire a unicorn FT to do everything because unicorns get tired and bored and expensive and while they CAN do everything, it’s actually better for everyone when they don’t.

    What you actually want is a dream team led by a unicorn who can take your vision and translate it to the team and act as your [fractional] Director of Operations.

    This way, you stay in your zone of genius while your unicorn directs the team and deals with the variety of challenges that arise.

    The team (who come with amazing built in company culture, understanding of operating systems, and know how to work well with each other) then do a great job completing tasks and projects, serving your clients, and growing your business with the freedom to ask the unicorn all of their questions.

    This means, instead of you being tied up in Slack or repeating the same instructions 100 times, you can be working on your book, creating content, or being completely unplugged from biz hanging with the people you love (yes, solo time counts.)

  • Let’s get strategic.

    We’ll map out a plan.

    We’ll get crystal clear on the mesaging.

    We’ll look at the data.

    Then we’ll write the copy, design the pages, and connect the systems with as many automations as possible.

Here’s how it works.

Before our call you're welcome to send over an email or Google Doc to bring me up to speed with what's going on and share links to any pages or Docs you'd like to reference on our call. Then we'll dive right in when we pop on Zoom at our scheduled time.
